From the recording Fragments
Fragments was a piece made up of several fragments that Peter devised. He played some little bits and pieces for Abbey and me and then told us to forget them. Then we recorded this track of "Fragments".
Lyrics
I met Peter and Abbey when they came into my studio in West Palm Beach to do a recording of some things they had worked out together. In helping with the recording, I became really interested in working with them on a different project that involved the same process: music with no pre-planned "licks", totally spontanaeous and in the moment. That's how "Soundscapes" came to be.
